Our Founder

Brad Barr, Founder of Primed Leadership, is a seasoned coach recognised for his practical approach to personal and professional development. His tailored solutions are valued for their clarity, authenticity, and ability to substantially improve leadership capabilities.

Brad has a Master’s of Business Leadership, is a Certified Organisational Coach and holds a Senior Practitioner Accreditation at EMCC Global.

Outside of work, Brad is married, a proud Father of 3 children, loves exercising and spending quality time with his friends and family.
