Bio

Brad Barr is an executive and business coach with over 30 years’ experience leading and coaching across diverse industries and geographies, including Australia, the United States, the United Kingdom, Saudi Arabia, Papua New Guinea and the Philippines. His work focuses on strengthening leadership capability as responsibility increases, complexity intensifies, and expectations evolve.

Brad brings a combination of real world leadership experience and advanced coaching practice. He holds a Master’s in Business Leadership and is a Senior Practitioner with EMCC Global.

He works with senior leaders, CEOs, leadership teams and business owners navigating growth, transition and sustained performance challenges. He also works with leadership teams to strengthen alignment, accountability and execution. In addition, he partners with business owners to build businesses that deliver sustainable income, freedom and scale.

A core area of Brad’s work is supporting leadership transitions into senior and executive roles where influence widens, expectations shift and the cost of reactive leadership increases.

Brad believes effective leadership is built on clarity, discipline and alignment, not quick fixes or theory heavy advice. His coaching is pragmatic, personalised and grounded in context, helping leaders, teams and businesses turn insight into consistent, meaningful action.
